Visa requirements

Citizens of all countries need a valid travel document to enter Mexico and are required to demonstrate upon entry that they have sufficient funds and a return ticket to their country.

Citizens of the following countries do not need a visa but must present a valid passport and fill out an immigration form to enter Mexico: Andorra, Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Chile, Costa Rica, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Island, Israel, Italy, Japan, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, San Marino, Singapore, Slovenia, Spain, South Korea, Sweden, Switzerland, United States of America, Uruguay or Venezuela. Immigration forms are available from travel agencies, airlines or points of entry to Mexico. If you are a citizen of any other country, you need to go to a Mexican consulate to obtain a visa.

Requirements differ from country to country, so you are advised to check the exact passport and visa requirements with a consulate. The Mexican Foreign Ministry website is at http://www.sre.gob.mx.

At the time of registration you will be asked to provide your passport details. The organizers will then send you a letter of invitation. However, if you need an invitation letter before you can pay the full registration fee you will be asked to pay a deposit of US$50. This amount is not refundable.
